State Choir Contest

 11:45am                      Arrive at West: Rehearse

 1:45pm                        Lunch provided by Choir Boosters (Subway)

 2:10pm                        Get Robes.  You must keep track of your robe all day.  If you are not returning on the bus, find a robe buddy to return your robe to the choir room.

 2:30 pm                       Depart for Newberg from West

 3:30pm                        Arrive in Newberg

 3:30pm                        Watch Groups

                                                3:20        Lakeridge

                                                3:40        Gresham

                                                4:00        North Medford

                                                4:20        Break

                                                4:40        South Salem

                                                5:00        McKay

                                                5:20        Roseburg

                                                5:40        Newberg

                                                6:00        Reynolds

                                                6:20        West (Warm up at 6:00)

7:15pm     AWARDS

8:30-ish    Arrive at West.   Put robes away. Have a nice evening!

REMEMBER:

STAY HYDRATED!!!

EAT BREAKFAST

GET GOOD REST ALL WEEK LONG!!

BE UP AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE YOU COME TO WEST

 BRING:

Wear proper concert attire.  Women:  hair off shoulders and out of face.

If you think you might get hungry, bring money.  They usually sell a little food there.
